Flexibility of choice

Indaver strives to establish solid partnerships with its customers. We offer public authorities a wide range of Public waste PartnershipS (PwPS) and our approach is that of a steady and flexible partner to complement your business aims and strategies.

The best solution, environment-technical and business economical

The public authority that you represent has complete freedom to determine which tasks it wants to outsource to Indaver and which it wants to keep in-house. You can, for example, outsource only the treatment of waste and organise the transport of it yourself, or you can choose to entrust the complete operation of a certain treatment unit to Indaver. This flexibility allows you to choose the manner of co-operation that offers the best environment-technical and business economical guarantees for your organisation and your residents.

A tailormade model of collaboration

Standard service contract

Based on a tender or quotation request, Indaver can draw up a contract with a public authority for treating selectively collected waste flows, such as PMD, paper/carton, VGF, residue waste etc., and also for management or operational assignments. We carry out our assigned tasks with the utmost care, while respecting your autonomy as commissioning party. We always look for the best possible solution and, if necessary, provide suggestions for improvement. This way we create added value for you.

User rights in treatment installations

When Indaver becomes your waste partner, your public authority receives access to its treatment infrastructure. This lets you benefit from the scale advantages of a large installation without having to bear the entire investment. At the same time, it permits an ecological and economic utilisation of the installations. By acquiring user rights in our installations, a public authority has what is known as ‘user rights’, an immaterial asset that guarantees you long-term economical and environmentally safe treatment of your residue waste.

A public authority can have Indaver carry out a part of its activities for a certain period via a concession agreement for operating the sorting centres, landfills, composting installations, etc.

Joint venture

A public authority can opt for setting up a joint venture with Indaver for carrying out assignments, while observing the legal stipulations.
